Job title: Planner
**Job Type**: Permanent
Start date: ASAP
Salary/ Pay rate/ Benefits: 50-60K salary, Negotiable
Location: Leicester, some remote working/hybrid working negotiable.
Hours of work: Negotiable. ~45 hours Mon-Fri
Applicants must have the following:
- Construction project planning experience
- Fit-out project planning experience
- Project scheduling experience
- Resource allocation experience
- Problem solving skills
- Good communication skills
- The ability to work to strict deadlines
Ideally applicants should also have:
- Project planning experience in the joinery fit-out sector
- Project planning experience in the hotel fit-out sector
- Experience working with m&e subcontractors
Role information:
- Project planning in the high-end fit-out and joinery sector
- Working as a main contractor or a subcontractor across various projects
- Working closely with the pre-construction team
- Planning multiple projects simultaneously
- Liaising with project management teams and subcontractors
- Project values in the range £1M-£30M
