Logistics Planner

Our client is looking for an additional EXPERIENCED Vehicle Movement Logistics Planner to join the team. This is a full-time Monday-Friday employed office-based position based upon a 35-hour working week.The primary focus for the planner is to route plan and allocate vehicle movement jobs for the trade plate drivers, ensuring that the drivers time on the road collecting and delivering customer vehicles is maximised. Equally, planning to minimise the time and expense the drivers spend on public transport in between vehicle movements. The average number of vehicle movements per day is between 2-4 per driver.As a Logistics Planner, you will be driven, organised, disciplined and hard-working. You will have a strong geographical knowledge of mainland UK which will assist you in your planning schedule and responsibilities.
