As their Business Support Assistant Apprentice you will be responsible for providing support to the 4 directors and completing various administrative activities.

You will be joining a supportive company who have supported 2 apprentices through their QA journey before so don't worry, you are in safe hands

**Salary: £12,000 per annum**

**Working hours**:Monday - Friday, 08:00 - 16:00**

**What does the role look like?**
- Booking travel and accommodation for directors who travel around the country to showcase at various roadshows
- Managing stock levels and log information onto 7 Core (Inventory Management System). You will also be creating purchase orders and merging it with Microsoft Excel in order to create reports for analysis
- Supporting with any accounting needs using Xero
- Travelling with directors to supplier sites and take meeting notes
- Ensuring filing is kept up-to-date
- Undertaking various other ad-hoc administrative duties
- Full training will be provided
