This apprenticeship provides the opportunity to work for a global, innovative organisation while pursuing a BA (Hons) in Business Management from the University of Strathclyde. What You’ll Be Doing Supporting core business activities and learning how departments operate Assisting with HR processes, recruitment activities and employee engagement Contributing to service delivery improvements and customer support Participating in bid development and project management tasks Providing procurement support and liaising with suppliers Assisting in legal document preparation and contract management Supporting sales strategy, customer engagement and marketing activities Working towards a recognised business qualification through structured training and mentoring Rotational placements cover Business Operations, Human Resources, Services, Bids & Project Management, Procurement, Legal & Contracts, and Sales. Apprentice Programme You will study at the University of Strathclyde for a BA (Hons) in Business Management. The four‑year programme blends university study (one day per week) with practical application in Glasgow (four days per week). The degree is delivered through a blended online and on‑campus model, designed in partnership with industry employers and meets Chartered Management Institute criteria. Successful completion leads to a permanent position. Requirements B1/B2 highers, including English and Maths Live and work in Scotland throughout the programme Permanent right to work in the UK Successful candidates must obtain security clearance (SC) prior to commencing employment; prior SC clearance is an advantage. All roles are subject to security restrictions. A full Security Clearance (SC) is required.
