**What You’ll Be Doing**:

- **Customer Champion**: Answer and triage calls using the Elivate (VoIP) system.
- **Data Whiz**: Use Sitelink to pull customer data for business communications.
- **Office Star**: Be the first point of contact, welcome clients, prepare drinks, and ensure a positive office environment.
- **Supply Master**: Track stock levels and place orders for office supplies.
- **Diary Manager**: Organise appointments and manage diaries for team members via Office 365 (Outlook and Teams).
- **Mail Manager**: Sort and distribute mail via Outlook.
- **Business Learner**: Get introduced to SAGE if you’re keen to expand your business knowledge and skills.

**What You Need to Succeed**:

- A solid understanding of Microsoft Office programs.
- A confident telephone manner.
- Great problem-solving skills.
- Reliability, conscientiousness, and a strong work ethic.

**Working Hours**:

- Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm

Starting with insights into your current potential, they plan your growth in a programmatic way, close skills gaps with immersive training and ensure what you learn is applicable to what you do. They talk you through the specifics on the qualifications you gain and how they align in particular to your day to day role.

On completion, as well as the valuable work experience you have gained, you get a nationally recognised qualification at SCQF Level 6.
