Kick-start your career with this exciting **Office Support Apprentice role**
This is your chance to step into the heart of a buzzing business and learn everything you need to know about admin and office life. As an Office Support Apprentice, you'll be helping out across a range of departments - like HR, finance, operations, and on-site projects - keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.

Don’t worry if you’re new to all this - you’ll get loads of support from experienced team members, plus your apprenticeship training will help you build up your skills every step of the way. **Main Responsibilities**:

- Communicating daily with employees and clients, supporting the Business Manager with the smooth daily running of the organisation.
- Utilizing Microsoft 365, using Word for drafting letters and quotes, Excel for reporting and PowerPoint for creating internal presentations.
- Using collaborative tech such as internal drive to access company docs.
- Becoming systems expect of HR system by Completing holiday reports, logging on calendar and submitting
- Daily vehicle tracker checks completion and reporting of issues to Management.
- Completion of Weekly Return Tracker and issuing of updates to Management.

- Enthusiasm and a willingness to learn.
- A smart office appropriate appearance.

**Salary**:£16,000 - £18,000 per annum.

**Working week**:
8am - 5pm, 5 days a week.
40 hours a week.
