Description
As an UGG Supervisor, you support the team to create personalised shopping experiences for our customers that drive brand loyalty. You ensure that all customer questions are addressed accurately and responded to before they leave, providing exceptional service from start to finish. You maintain and model a positive, cheerful attitude with customers and team members and promote the store and brand image in all interactions including adhering to a dress code. You make yourself personally available to all customers in order provide exceptional service to both our in-store customers and those who call on the phone.
You understand that your role extends beyond the sales floor; You know how to operate all management functions on the cash register, handle money accurately, check inventory daily and ensure products are stocked and available for customers and merchandise product in accordance with Visual Merchandising guidelines.
In the absence of senior team members, you will support the successful operation of the store. You will open and close the store and are responsible at that point for ensuring that the store trades safely and legally as well as delivers a high level of customer service.

- Lead store walks with senior management in the absence of Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager
- Ensure the highest level of customer service possible
- Prioritise brand and product knowledge training and share this knowledge in customer interactions
- Empower team members through communication, recognition and driving incentives
- Contribute to the team to achieve the store goals
- Multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Respond to problem situations with professionalism
- Think critically to solve problems and approach challenges with agility
- Ensuring a high level of floor coverage
Who You Are
- You show pride and passion for customer service
- An effective shop floor coach
- You have a problem solving mindset and is calm under pressure or when dealing with challenges
- A natural communicator who conveys the UGG and Deckers Brands vision and mission
We Would Love to Hear From People With:
- Experience working in a customer facing role
- Previous Retail experience as a Supervisor is a plus
