The FT Construction Group have an exciting new opportunity for a part time HR and Training Administrator to join a small dynamic HR team in their head office in Northallerton.

We are a highly respected and successful, family-owned, construction group operating throughout Yorkshire and the Northeast.

You will support and report directly to the HR & Training Manager. You will assist with day-to-day HR and training related enquiries and shall ensure all administrative tasks are completed accurately, in a timely manner and in accordance with company policies and procedures. The HR & Training Administrator will maintain confidentiality and act with integrity at all-times.

**Main Duties**
- Recording absences/holidays
- Maintaining databases/records
- Coordinate/book training and liaise with managers
- Carry out pre-employment checks/driver checks etc
- General filing
- Have a keen attention to detail
- Have good organisational skills

Hours of work are a minumum of **15 hours per week** and we can be flexible with start and finish times and days. This is a newly created position with the opportunity to develop further within the business.
