Administrative Assistant, Lymphoedema Service

A unique opportunity has arisen within the Lymphoedema service for a band 2, Administrative support position. We are looking to recruit a dynamic, enthusiastic, organized and motivated person, who will be committed to the ongoing development and improvement of our first-class service.
The post will be predominantly based at Stamford Hospital, there may be a requirement on occasion, to work at other North West Anglia Trust (NWAFT) sites.
Knowledge of the hospitals administrations systems ( Sunquest Ice, EPRO, ETrack, SBS, Evolve, would be an advantage, but training will be provided, you will need to have a good level of general education.
The work will include, clerical cover, audio typing, data entry, processing documents, ordering and receipting of compression garments/equipment, preparing of event packs, answering the telephone and dealing with non-clinical enquiries.
You will need to be able to work within a small team and autonomously, with a flexible approach to a working pattern, good communication skills and to be able to work under pressure.
Contracted hours of work will be spread over three days throughout the working week.
