We are Eparaplan - a successful, busy and growing financial services outsource business, supporting financial advisers with everything they need. Administration Support is a fundamental part of our service and we need to add to our brilliant team, who deal with:

- Diary management, organising and booking meetings
- Preparing client meeting packs
- Maintaining client files, and business registers
- Ability to work autonomously
- Liaising with platforms and providers, and clients
- Completing fund switches, sales/withdrawals and other transactions
- Supporting the technical paraplanning team
- Answering telephone calls
- Scanning and actioning post

- Have some experience of working in an IFA environment
- Have knowledge about pensions, investments and protection
- Organised and clear thinking
- Motivated to do your best and get things done
- Comfortable with Word, Excel and Outlook
- Willing to learn new things
- Knows how to prioritise - always aware of deadlines and customer & business needs
- Flexible - can you cope with a variety of processes and systems, and can you reprioritise every day?
- Effective communicator - build relationships and trust, and get what you need
- Commercially minded - can you be accurate and efficient?
- Team player - happy to pick up a colleague’s work, no matter what it is
- Have a sense of humour and don’t take yourself too seriously

Once trained, the team are given direction and guidance but are ultimately expected to manage their own working day and tasks in accordance with our timescales and service levels. There's no shoulder standing here, we love autonomous working

Salary £20-25,000
