**Health and Safety Administrator Role**:
As a **Health and Safety Administrator, **you will be supporting our growing team of Health and Safety Consultants, by providing a customer focussed, administrative service to support the business and our clients.
This is a great opportunity to work closely with a mix of safety professionals that support and provide guidance to our clients throughout the UK and Europe.
**Key responsibilities as our Health and Safety Administrator**:
- Provide administrative support to the Health & Safety Consultant Team.
- Provide administrative support to the Operations and Managing Directors
- Provide administrative support to create, develop and amend Health and Safety documentation
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Contribute to the monitoring of customer/member satisfaction and to assist in making changes to the service to ensure continuing satisfaction
- Ensure the maintenance of confidentiality
- Administration of the company Integrated Management System
**What we are looking for in our Health and Safety Administrator**:
- Have experience of working in a fast-paced, confidential environment.
- Experience of using case management systems and bespoke software.
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Have some knowledge of safety process
- Excellent customer service skills
- Work systematically and accurately in a busy environment.
- Manage a diverse workload and achieve targets and deadlines that are set.
- A recognised Health and Safety qualification or working toward.
