Administrative Assistant/ Technical Support

Are you energetic, proactive and great at communicating with colleagues and customers? We are looking for a **Customer Focussed Administrator** to work within our Technical Support team.
**Hours and Location**:
During your training period, you will work in the technical office at Crewe Business Park, moving to a flexible home/ office working pattern when you're up and running (approximately 1 month), with a minimum of 1 day per week in the office.
Hours could be flexible around school drop off/ pick up or university lectures, number of hours negotiable from 20-35 per week. Ideally starting asap but for the right person will wait until September.
**Responsibilities Include**:
Our Technical & Operations Team are responsible for delivering a first-class service to a fast-growing client base across both the UK and Ireland.
- Logging all customer contact on the company CRM (Microsoft Dynamics) and allocating correct prioritisation to support tickets in accordance with company SLAs.
- Assisting with compliance requirements for our accreditations including transferring information from site surveys to complete system design proposal templates; assisting with the completion of subsequent post-installation documents such as ‘As Fitted’ documents following liaising with our field technical team; posting Welcome Packs to new customers.
- Support with fleet administration as required, with a view to taking over full responsibility in time. Produce fleet reports on a monthly basis.
- Have great communication skills; verbal, aural and written
- Be organised and able to plan your time well
- Be fully conversant with the Microsoft office suite, and confident in using computers
- Strong confident approach to problem-solving, and ask for guidance when needed

**Salary**: £9.50-£11.00 per hour
