POWWR are seeking a technically skilled IT Systems Administrator to manage and optimise our IT infrastructure, with a primary focus on HubSpot CRM administration. This role will also support Microsoft365/Entra, Atlassian (Jira/Confluence), and general IT systems across the business. You will ensure our platforms are secure, scalable, and reliable, while supporting users and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Who is POWWR? HubSpot Administration Manage and maintain HubSpot CRM, focusing on system configuration, user management, permissions, and integrations. Audit and maintain CRM data integrity, including user roles and access controls. Implement and optimise workflows and automation for operational efficiency. Oversee integrations between HubSpot and other platforms (Microsoft365/Entra, Atlassian, ERP systems). Provide technical support and training to end-users on HubSpot functionalities. Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and recommend improvements. Develop and maintain documentation for HubSpot processes and integrations. Microsoft365/Entra Administration Administer and support Office365 applications (Teams, SharePoint, Exchange, etc.). Manage user provisioning, access controls, and software licensing in Microsoft365 & Entra. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Office365/Microsoft365 and user devices. Atlassian (Jira/Confluence) Administration Manage and configure Jira and Confluence instances. Support project teams with workflow optimisation and user management. Ensure integrations with other business tools are maintained and secure. General IT Systems Administration Oversee IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and network components. Implement and maintain IT security best practices and compliance with UK regulations (GDPR, ISO 27001, etc.). Manage disaster recovery and business continuity plans. Provide technical support and training to employees as needed. Maintain detailed IT documentation, including procedures and incident logs. What are POWWR looking for? Qualifications & Skills Experience: 5+ years in IT systems administration, with demonstrable experience in HubSpot CRM management. Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field or equivalent work experience. Technical Skills: Strong expertise in HubSpot integration, customisation, and support. Proficiency in Office365, Microsoft365, Entra and Atlassian administration. Experience with API integrations and data flow management. Familiarity with IT security frameworks and UK compliance requirements. Experience with networking infrastructure and administration: Firewall management. Switch management. Wireless access point management. Site-to-site VPN management. Comms room management. Soft Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. Strong communication skills, able to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Highly organised, self-motivated, and customer-focused. Desirable Skills (HubSpot IT Administration) Data auditing and de-duplication within HubSpot. Workflow and automation design for operational processes. Integration management with ERP, finance, and other business systems. Reporting and dashboard creation within HubSpot (for system health and usage, not marketing analytics). End-user training and documentation. Desirable Skills (General IT Systems Administration) Specific vendor experience with Fortinet equipment. Vendor management. Experience with Manage Engine suite, specifically Service Desk Plus and Endpoint Central In return, we offer?
