**Finance Manager (French Speaking) | TV & Film Industry | London**

Harmonic are delighted to be partnering with a rapidly scaling TV and Film production business who are looking for a Finance Manager to join the team.

**The Company**:
This business is a Post-Production and VFX studio that are renowned in the TV and Film industry. Having recently opened new studios internationally following a period of high growth, the business has decided to expand their finance team by hiring a Frenchspeaking/bilingual Finance Manager.

In terms of the company itself, it is made up of around 200 employees across 2 offices, but retains a great family feel to the workplace culture. Based in Central London, the company boast modern offices with a dynamic and sociable environment. This is ahybrid role, you will be able to work from home at least 3 days per week.

**The Role**:
As the Finance Manager, you will report directly into a talented Finance Director and will work closely to oversee the finance function. In particular, you will be responsible for producing the monthly management accounts, monthly forecasting and budgetingas well as developing and mentoring a team of 2.

It is a position that gives you broad exposure to a wide array of duties, both commercial and strategic.

**The Duties**:

- Preparing and producing the monthly management accounts with insightful analysis
- Responsibility for budgeting and forecasting.
- Business partnering with internal stakeholders on cost analysis
- Assessing business processes and driving efficiencies and innovation.
- Managing and developing a team of 2 colleagues.
- Ensuring the smooth running and operation of the finance function.
- Ad-hoc projects.

**What we need to see (essential)**:

- Fluent in French
- Passion for the TV & Film industry

**What we'd like to see (bonus)**:

- Experience in Media sector
- French Accounting/Payroll experience

**Salary**:£55,000 - £70,000

**Start Date:2 month notice maximum
