FRENCH SELECTION UK **French speaking Assistant Management Accountant** Account, Accountancy, Accountant, Accounting, Audit, Bookkeeping, Credit Control, Finance, Financial Statement, France, French, Intrastat, Invoice, Invoicing, Management, Payable Receivable, Reconciliation, Reporting, Return, Sales List, VAT, Comptable, Comptabilité,GAAP, **Location: London** **Salary: up to £30,000 pa + Bonus** **Reference: 742CF** VIEW JOB DESCRIPTION > APPLY NOW Please visit the French Selection UK website, vacancies section, search job reference: 742CF Applications submitted on our website will come to us in the correct format, which means they will be processed faster & more efficiently by our team of consultants. **The Company**: Our client is a well-established Business Members Club **Main Duties**: Assisting on the production of the monthly management accounts and ensuring the integrity of the French sets of Books. **The Role**: - Follow a prescribed month-end process to ensure finalisation of the accounts - Oversee accounting processes in SAP Business One - Manage the Accounts Receivable ledger and credit control - Manage the Accounts Payable ledger including serving as the principal supplier contact - Preparation of the VAT return & Cash flow management - Assisting Manager with the preparation of budgets and forecasts - Manage the monthly payroll process with external payroll bureau - Fluent in English and French (oral and written)**: - Educated to degree level preferably in Accounting and Finance** (equivalent to BTS Comptabilité Gestion or DUT Gestion des Entreprises et Administration) or any relevant experience in the Accounting field. - Experience in nominal ledger, sales ledger, purchase ledger and cashbook, knowledge of VAT declaration - Excellent credit control skills & Commercial Awareness desirable - Knowledge of Accounting package: sage, xero, pegasus opera would be an advantage - Ability to work independently **Salary: Pension / Private Medical Insurance and income protection insurance / Holidays: 28 days per annum / Up to £30K + bonus** French Selection, leading UK-based consultancy specialising in the recruitment of bilingual and multilingual professionals for international business (industries and services).
