London based consultancy specialising in International Business Development is looking for a **French speaking Junior Country Manager**. The consultancy’s main goal is to develop the revenue from clients internationally. Their clients are Small and Medium sized Companies, Exporters, Exhibition organisers, Professional Associations, Clusters,Institutional and Government organisations. As the Country Manager, you will manage a team of 6 including consultants and interns.

The Junior Country Manager will have the opportunity to become a partner of the business.

**ROLE of the Country Manager**:

- Managing the team, coaching, defining the goals, providing support
- Developing business, defining strategy, prospecting new clients, negotiating contracts, account managing existing clients
- Supervising and managing projects for clients in the UK, including market studies, recruitment of agents, prospecting British clients, and promoting trade fairs
- Managing the P&L, including administrative and accounting tasks, liaising with the local accountant and the assistant accountant based overseas, managing treasury, invoicing clients and paying suppliers, analysing variances.

**PROFILE**:

- Fluent French and English with strong communication skills in both languages, Spanish a plus.
- Educated to Master or MBA level
- Previous B2B experience with a min of 3-to-5-year experience in international business, as a Business Consultant, a Trade Advisor, an Export sales Manager
- Previous experience in selling services would be an asset
- Ideally with strong export knowledge/understanding
- Previous management experience a plus
- Self-starter and demonstrated autonomy will be assets for the role
- Strong team spirit

**SALARY**:

- Between £45k and £50k basic plus uncapped bonus based on results
