Pertemps Recruitment agency has partnered with a Leading Digital Marketing Company, this firm is looking for**Country Manager** to join their team in London.
This is a full-time, permanent role (Hybrid) - paying betweenn **£65,000- £70,000 per anum**Job purpose**
The company is looking for a Head of ROW and NT to join the business and work exclusively on ourbrand. This role will suit an experienced manager from a marketplace or ecommerce background looking for a fresh challenge and having taken full responsibilityfor delivering a multi-million pound P&L. The ROW comprises of 14 countries spanning Latam and Europe, and is focused on a few vertical categories in core markets including property, jobs, services and adult.
You will be charged with leading the strategy and vision for your markets and determining resource allocation to maximize ROI for the business. The ability to be a hands-on manager and roll your sleeves up when needed is a must, as is a strong skill-set totrain and develop the team.
You will be managing and leading a team of mixed specialists who will help you to execute the market-specific strategies. The team is made up of 2 Country Managers and 2 BDMs and alongside centralised teams to support marketing, sales and traffic acquisition.We operate in a collaborative team environment with a strong emphasis on delivery and achieving results.
To be successful in this position you will be data orientated, accountable, pragmatic, creative and collaborative in your approach, and be able to develop strong relationships with other key stakeholders within the business.
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Deliver against ambitious targets
- Lead the business strategy and vision
- Project manage the delivery of all local marketing initiatives
- Maintain and grow business from existing customer base
- Grow a balanced portfolio of clients and focus on acquisition of new customers
- Deliver against stretching sales and revenue targets.
- Work with other key departments such as SEO, Marketing, Product and Technology to help drive the business forward.
- Analyse all elements of the business to understand what is delivering well and what can be improved upon.
- Identify and create new revenue generating opportunities.
- Monitor revenue and website KPIs on a daily basis to capture early opportunities and problems.
- Develop in-depth knowledge of user behaviours and patterns in each market.
- Experience managing a team, conducting regular catch-ups, appraisals & recruitment experience is required.
- Coaching and training the team.
- Looking outside the box when conventional growth techniques don’t apply.

**Key Requirements & Experience**:

- 2+ years experience of leading a business team in a marketplace environment.
- 3+ years in Digital Business Development.
- Detailed exposure to Sales, CS and Marketing.
- Entrepreneurial self-starter type.
- Strong analytical skills focus, rather than creative
- Strong command of analytics software (ideally Google Analytics)
- Proven success within insight-driven decision making
- Excellent attention to detail
- Passion to stay current and in tune with trends
- Ability to see the big picture
- Ability to multi-task and delegate
- Solution focused whilst keep business objectives in mind.
