You’ll provide ER specialist advice across BTs brands and divisions on the complex, formal and sensitive aspects of the people processes we support, safeguarding employee engagement, wellbeing and employment law compliance so we improve business outcomes.

**What are we looking for in our Specialists? You may have a variety of the below;**
- You’ve the ability to interface and build effective and collaborative relationships with individuals at all levels of an organisation
- You've tackled process or policy obstacles to delivery
- Knowledgeable in employment law and experienced in ER

**What will the role involve?**
- Coaching, developing and influencing people managers on their accountabilities to improve the colleague experience
- Understanding of BT’s brands, business units and their DNA and trends
- Prevents risk of claim to the business (ET), safeguard wellbeing (HSE), challenge inconsistent decisions
- Balances interests of different stakeholders and the wider business. Coaches managers they work with to get the best outcomes.
- Consistently seeks ways to evolve our service, engendering a people philosophy of ownership in our people managers so that we optimise guided journeys, self-service and manager capability so that we add value where it matters
