We have an exciting new **HR Business Partner** role working for a leading Fintech organisation based in Bristol.

The role
_**

The HR Business Partner is an integral part of the HR team, working in partnership across global, functional teams to provide specialist coaching, support and influence that will enable people managers and key stakeholders to effectively deliver across thepeople agenda. The role provides an HR consultancy service and supports the businesses’ people on the delivery of all operational HR including recruitment and selection, training and development, performance, employee engagement, ER, wellbeing, reward andbenefits and all people policies and procedures.

Key responsibilities will include:

- Providing support to people managers and stakeholders with research advice and practical implementation of people policies and initiatives to support the delivery of KPIs and the People Strategy
- Advising, supporting, coaching, and influencing people managers in all aspects of cultural and people aspects of organisational change, structure, people process and business improvement initiatives withing the business areas to improve business efficiencyand people management
- Providing transformational advice and transactional support on change management initiatives, departmental restructures, role design change, people resourcing and redundancy situations
- Working in partnership with people managers to manage ER issues and develop employee engagement, building management and responsibility
- Supporting people managers with practical solutions relating to staff performance and conducting, disciplinaries and grievances where needed
- Supporting people managers with short-, medium
- and longer-term resourcing issues and helping define and challenge on new roles and recruitment strategies
- Assisting in the development, implementation and execution of reward strategies and delivering local reward and recognition interventions
- Assisting in the development, implementation and execution of a talent management strategy supporting managers with the recruitment, development, and training of employees
- Helping to develop the HR service, assisting in implementing strategic pathways and identify gaps in HR policies
- Initiating and supporting HR projects

The person
_**
- CIPD qualified or equivalent relevant experience
- Significant experience supporting all aspects of HR activity and giving advice to managers and employees in a commercial environment
- Proven generalist HR experience including broad knowledge of UK employment law and best practice
- International HR exposure is desirable
- Commercial awareness coupled with the ability to identify and execute practical solutions to people issues
- Confident in using a variety of systems and analysing and utilising data
- Able to build rapport across the business
- Outstanding customer focus backed by a proactive drive for results
- High levels of emotional intelligence and ability co communicate at all levels
- Exceptional organisational skills together with strong attention to detail
- A proactive team player with strong customer service and problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated and able to work under own autonomy with a collaborative approach

£50,000 - £62,000 plus benefits (see attached)
