Are you passionate about employee relations and ready to make a real impact in a dynamic, values-driven organisation? We’re looking for a Senior ER Specialist to join our ER Services team and play a pivotal role in shaping how we support our people across the UK.

**What You’ll Be Doing**

As a Senior ER Specialist, you’ll provide expert, telephony-based advice on complex and high-risk ER cases, supporting managers and senior stakeholders to navigate sensitive issues with confidence. You’ll be a key escalation point, helping to resolve matters swiftly and effectively while balancing commercial needs and legal compliance.

You’ll also:

- Manage Early Conciliation (EC) claims and support Employment Tribunal (ET) cases.
- Coach leaders up to Exec level on ER matters.
- Collaborate with legal, HR, PR, and risk teams on high-impact cases.
- Contribute to training, policy development, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Share insights and learnings to develop the wider ER team.

**What We’re Looking For**

We’re seeking someone with:

- Strong technical knowledge of UK employment law and HR practices.
- Proven experience handling complex ER cases and EC claims.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- A proactive, resilient mindset with the ability to coach and influence at senior levels.
- Ability to juggle competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- A collaborative spirit and a genuine interest in making a difference.
- Desirable: CIPD Level 5 (or working towards Level 7), and a solid understanding of the ET process.
