**Location**: Bristol (Hybrid/ Remote)
**Hours**:37.5 (Mon
- Fri)
**Salary**:£28,000 - £38,000 (DOE)
**Responsibilities**:
- Managing multiple complex ER cases using and updating the case management system effectively, from receipt of a case through to its conclusion
- Driving the implementation of improved services, policies, and procedures
- Build relationships with the wider HR team and escalate significant concerns in their business areas
- Collaborate with Senior Stakeholders including HR Business Partners, Employee Relations Managers and Head of ER for referral of high risk ER cases
- Delivering a quality service tocustomers across the UK and Europe a positive and supporting experience as possible by being professional, approachable and empathetic
- Exposure to a wide variety of contracts across many sectors, in both the public and private sectors
- Conduct ER policy and process reviews and make recommendations for improvement
**Essential Skills**:
- Previous ER experience held in a similar capacity
- Proficient IT skills including MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
- Strong understanding and respect for confidentiality
**Desirable Skills**:
- CIPD qualification
- Understanding of HR Systems
