Administration Assistant

**About The Role**:
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced administrator to join our Property team at our fantastic office in Barton-Upon-Humber.
We are looking for a passionate and proffessional individual who will be able to support with the day to day running of the department and take ownership of all administration duties.
**Main Responsibilities**:
- To assist the Property team following site visits, logging actions to be carried out following visits
- To liaise with showroom managers on outstanding issues at their showrooms and ensuring these are rectified
- General admin duties
- Take and produce meeting minutes
- Log and keep up to date property notes
- Log and monitor rent reviews
- Liaise with parking agents to get parking tickets resolved
- Assist the maintenance dept with property issue so they can perform their work
- Assist in the USA property delivery
In addition to any other duties, as a responsible person you must ensure that you have read, understood and adhere to polices and procedure relating to Health and Safety, and your responsibilities located in the Integrated Management System (IMS) Responsibilities document

**Essential Skills and Knowledge**:
- Excellent I.T skills - Including all Microsoft packages
- Excellent communication skills
- Organisation and timekeeping
- To work as part of a team as well as independently
- Being able to prioritise workloads and manage tasks across multiple showrooms at any one time
