**About The Role**:
**Critical purpose of role**:

- To provide high level administrative support to all areas of the warehouse
- Fully support the warehouse management team
- Liaising with internal departments if necessary
- Providing general support to teams across the business

**Main responsibilities**:

- Handle administrative requests and queries from manager
- Provide general support to Managers / Supervisors / Team Leaders
- Provide information by answering questions and requests
- Generate reports for management KPIs and other specific reports,
- Assist with HR functions (such as note taking for Investigation / Disciplinary Meetings)
- Maintains accurate records for employee holiday requests / sickness etc.
- Photocopies and files appropriate documents as needed
- Daily reporting of free issues from departments
- Work closely with Supervisors to ensure all departmental performance reports are completed in a timely manner, highlighting any issues to management
- Provide general administrative support within all areas of the warehouse
- Project a positive image of Wren Kitchens and the department at all times
- Undertake any other duties as reasonably as requested by management
- Adhere to stated policies and procedures regarding health and safety in the workplace
- Pursue personal development of skills and knowledge in order to effectively perform the role

**About You**:
**Desired Skills & Knowledge**:

- Ability to work on own initiative
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Previous experience in an administration function
- Excellent attention to detail
