**About The Role**:
Are you looking for an exciting new role in project administration? Join our Showroom Development function and become an essential part of our team. As a Project Administrator, you will be responsible for supporting our projects, your attention to detail and strong organizational skills will be essential in ensuring the smooth running of our assignments.

**Main responsibilities**:

- To assist the Projects team taking notes and logging actions to be carried out following visits.
- To liaise with showroom managers on outstanding issues following showroom handover and ensuring these are rectified.
- Ensure filing system is up to date.
- Create and update spreadsheets.
- General admin duties.
- Take and produce meeting minutes.
- Order stock and arrange deliveries to showrooms for kitchen items.
- Create and issue purchase orders.

**About You**:
**Desired skills and knowledge**:

- Excellent I.T skills - Including all Microsoft packages
- Being able to problem solve with the ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Clean Driving License
- Excellent communication skills
- Have a ‘can do’ attitude at all times
- To work as part of a team as well as independently
- Being able to prioritise workloads and manage tasks across multiple projects at any one time
