Holistic Fire Safety are a team of Fire Safety and Passive Fire Protection specialists who endeavour to take our clients through a seamless process of achieving legal compliance whilst assisting them to ensure the safety of relevant persons and continual occupancy of corporate assets.
We provide nationwide coverage helping clients meet essential deadlines when completing fire remedial works and reactive repairs & maintenance and full refurbishment projects.
Holistic Fire Safety prides itself in delivering a directly employed **‘**One Team’ approach from survey to handover including aftercare to provide our clients with continuity of service, maximum efficiency, contract knowledge, responsibility and understanding of requirements.
**The Role**
We are looking for a hardworking individual to assist our Operations Team with maintaining our client details, workstreams and valuable compliance evidence. This needs someone with an extreme attention to detail and excellent computer skills, especially around databases and reporting.
**Duties**
1) Ensure all client information is accurate, up-to-date, and properly documented in the system.
2) Handle incoming client enquiries, process new orders, and manage related documentation efficiently.
3) Oversee the Job Management System to ensure that all project and client data is accurately recorded and regularly updated.
4) Assist in preparing and issuing quotations to clients, and proactively follow up to track responses and progress.
5) Track the status of ongoing projects, identifying and taking necessary actions to ensure timelines and objectives are met.
6) Assess completed projects against the original scope of work to confirm all deliverables have been met.
7) Compile and deliver completion evidence, reports, and any required documentation to clients after project completion.
8) Prepare and submit weekly and monthly reports on client orders, job progress, and project performance to the Operations Manager.
9) Assist the Office Manager with various administrative tasks to support day-to-day office operations.

**Qualifications**
- Minimum of 2 years of data entry experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the use of databases
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Experience with general clerical tasks
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
Pay: £25,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday

- A-Level or equivalent (preferred)
