Apprentice Mobile Design Administrator

**About The Role**:
You’ll be working towards a Level 3 Business Administrator apprenticeship, that will enable you to build the knowledge, skills and behaviours needed to become a highly effective administrator. You’ll be surrounded by a friendly, highly experienced team who will support you every step of the way.
The purpose of the role is to support the operation of our mobile design team with any administrative tasks, maintaining accurate reports and reporting systems. Working closely with the mobile design team to ensure that our designers can efficiently conduct appointments and attend events. The role of a mobile design administrator is extremely fast paced with great opportunity for development.
**Main responsibilities**
- Liaising with other departments including transport, recruitment and training to ensure the smooth training and operation of mobile designers.
- Updating and creating designers’ logins within the driver monitoring system.
- Maintaining a trained driver and vehicle standard tracker.
- Updated usage and efficiency reports.
- Sending out communications in line with company branding guidelines.
- Monitor communications and ensure correct paperwork completion.
- Ensure changes are made to support materials, formatting content against our corporate brand guidelines.
In addition to any other duties, as a responsible person you must ensure that you have read, understood and adhere to polices and procedure relating to Health and Safety, and your responsibilities located in the Integrated Management System (IMS) Responsibilities document.

**About You**:
**Desired skills and knowledge***
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
English and Maths GCSEs grade A*-C/9-4 or equivalent (desirable but not essential)
Knowledge and use of the Microsoft Office Suite
Attention to detail
Ability to self-manage including effective time/ diary management
Hands on positive attitude
Ability to develop strong working relationships
