Lettings Administrator

Responsibilities:
- Advertising and Letting Properties and offices between Dunfermline and Glasgow.
- Property Viewings/ Inspections and Inventories. Must have own transport and commute between Glasgow and Dunfermline.
- Key Management
- Provide administrative support
- Answer and direct phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Assist with data entry and maintaining accurate records
- Perform general office duties such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents
- Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and helpful manner
- Assist with upselling products or services to customers when necessary
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in an office or administrative role preferred/ Letting Experience Preffered
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
- Familiarity with Management Software a plus.

**Job Type**: Temporary contract
Pay: £21,000.00-£23,000.00 per year
