Office Administrator for Lettings Agent

**1. Your role**
The **Office Administrator Role **will involve routinely checking safety certificates on properties, ensuring all data is updated on our filing system, and booking in jobs with contractors. You will also be asked to assist with maintenance, and other admin duties when required.
**2. Main Duties and responsibilities**
- Dealing with customer enquiries confidentially, recording information as appropriate and forwarding enquiries onto colleagues efficiently.
- Answering calls when required.
- Booking viewings and appointments when required.
- Booking in routine safety certificates and updating our system accurately
- Liasing with landlords, tenants and contractors to ensure the jobs get done in a timely manner.
- Assisting other departments when required.
**3. Job Requirements**
- Be organised and manage your time efficiently.
- Punctual and time-efficient.
- Be interested in learning about the property industry.
**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £13,000.00-£14,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
**Education**:
- A-Level or equivalent (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Property and/or Lettings: 1 year (preferred)
