We have an excellent opportunity for a well organised, enthusiastic and passionate individual to join our leading Clarkston letting branch team.

This is an exciting and varied role which presents an excellent opportunity to join Scotland’s leading independent agent and promote our Sunday Times and Best Estate Agent Guide award-winning service.

We are seeking a property professional who is well presented, professional, personable and a team member who is pro-active in their approach to all aspects of our business.

Acting as first point of contact for our Landlord clients and applicant Tenants, the role will be primarily customer focused; on the telephone, answering online enquiries and dealing with clients and customers face to face in our office.

The role will encompass all aspects of new tenancy creation and administration; liaising with Landlord clients and Tenants regarding the marketing of rental properties, negotiation of new tenancies ensuring property compliance is in place and carrying out tenant applicant referencing, so organisation and strong administration skills are key.

Previous letting experience and a full UK Driving Licence is essential.

**Full Time - Core hours are as follows**:
**36 Hours per week.**

Monday to Thursday 8.30am - 4.30pm

Friday 8am - 5pm

**Annual Salary**: £22,000 - £25,000 - Competitive / Dependant on experience and qualifications.

Flexibility will be required for holiday cover and to cover the office opening hours. Competitive salary, holiday entitlement and employee benefits.
