Martin & Co is a successful local agent and is now looking for an experienced Lettings / Sales Negotiator. Your role will encompass all aspects of the Lettings process and the coaching, motivation and management of the branch team.

You will be an excellent business person who is able to generate and build upon the existing business within the branch and grow the property portfolio to its full potential. Basic computer skills are essential. You will be well rewarded for your success in this friendly, professional company.

Main Objectives:

  • To achieve pre-agreed targets, operating to the standards required by the company
  • To handle all enquiries with courtesy, efficiency and high standards of professionalism
  • Maximise opportunity for viewings, lets, market appraisals and instructions
  • Seek to increase office marketshare and generally promote 'brand awareness'
  • Maintain agreed fee levels
  • To operate within the confines of the Housing Act and lettings legislation
  • To operate to the standards set by our regulatory bodies
  • Achieve the goals and targets pre agreed with your line manager

Job Types: Full-time, Contract, Commission, Permanent

Pay: £26,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
