Camino Partners are hiring for a successful and rapidly growing data and analytics recruitment specialist head-quartered in London, operating internationally across the US and Europe market too.
This new role will assist the Contract & Operations Executive with administering the contractor process and supporting the day-to-day activities of the finance team as the company continue their positive trajectory.
Responsibilities include:
- Assisting with the payments and general administration of contractors placed by the company across the globe.
- Assisting with onboarding of contractors.
- Liaising with clients and contractors.
- Ensure timesheets are inputted accurately.
- Ensure contractors are paid promptly and efficiently.
- Ensuring compliance for all internal and international regulations.
- Raising invoices for clients.
- Assisting sales team with contractor set up.
- Updating payroll commission spreadsheet.
- Updating daily sales report and reconciling with CRM system.
- Maintaining accuracy of CRM system.
- Previous experience working with contractor administration & payroll.
- Experience using Microsoft Excel.
- Experience using accounting software (Quickbooks, Sage etc)
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Organised with good time-management skills.
- Strong attention to detail/accuracy.
- Experience working within a recruitment firm desired but not necessary.
- Experience working with bank reconciliations desired but not necessary.
