**Payroll Administrator**
An opportunity has arisen in our head office based in Pontrilas, Hereford for an individual who is enthusiastic with strong numerical skills and attention to detail. The position is on a full-time basis and comes with a competitive salary and 21 days holiday.
**Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities**
- Provide support with recruitment procedures, new starters, contracts, leavers etc.
- Manage and take ownership of the end to end payroll processing for all employees on a weekly basis.
- Collate payroll information, process and produce reports.
- Act as first point of contact for all payroll queries.
- Maintaining personnel files and ensuring all data is captured in line with GDPR.
**Education and Experience**
- 2 years previous experience working within payroll.

- Confident, professional and assertive.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Accurate, efficient and organised, with ability to prioritise tasks as needed.
- Honest and trustworthy.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Strong computer skills (Microsoft packages, specifically Excel).
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £23,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
