Payroll Bureau Advisor – Hoople Group Hours: 30-37 hrs per week Location: Hereford (Hybrid) Salary: @ £23,826 - £24,711 per annum (Hoople Band B) Contract: Permanent Closing Date: 19th December 2025 | Interview Date: 8th January 2026 Responsibilities Deliver high quality, accurate and efficient payroll and HR transactional processes. Provide advice, guidance and support on payroll issues including employment terms, PAYE, statutory payments and deductions (Tax, NI, SMP, SSP). Support clients with payroll administration and pension processes. Qualifications Experience in payroll service area preferred; capable of meeting performance expectations. Knowledge of statutory payments and deductions including Tax, NI, SMP and SSP. Experience in pension/payroll administration highly desirable.
