**Technical Support Engineer - 365, Azure, Intune**

London based tech consultancy are recruiting for a Technical Support Engineer to join a highly successful and growing London. The company has over 10 global offices and a hybrid / remote workforce of circa 700 people. We require a Project focused TechnicalSupport Engineer who can hit the ground running - mainly to support the Service Desk Engineers with technically complicated issues. We are looking for a 3rd liner in the traditional sense but who wants to stay on the Service Desk side to ensure the availabilityand security of all systems supporting the wider organisation as required to support in line with the IT and business strategy and objectives.
**Key Responsibilities**:

- To help deploy and maintain the companies assets deployed across the network
- Responsible for deployment process.
- Develop and improve processes relevant to the role to aid flexibility required to support growth
- Establish policies, standards and procedures
- Ensure confluence and Wiki supporting documents are up to date and support the team and wider business
- Ensure security of data, network access and backup systems.
- Work in line with agreed standards and processes relevant to the role
- Monitor Application services
- Maintain and track priorities and objectives
- Ensure work is carried out in line with agreed SLA's
- Support the business in line with onboarding and induction of new users.
- To work in accordance with agreed delivery standards and documentation including ISO 27001.

**Essential Requirements**

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- IT or Business related degree or equivalent
- Relevant technical qualifications
- At least 4 years' relevant experience within a hands-on technical role.
- Ideally worked within a service delivery environment.**Skills /Technologies**:

- Atlassian Products including JIRA and Confluence
- Cloud Environments including Azure
- Incident, problem and change management
- MS Office 365 Suite
- Azure hybrid Active Directory, Group Policy
- Intune
- Hosted Environments experience
