We are looking for a responsible Personal Assistant to provide personalized secretarial and administrative support in a well-organized and timely manner. You will work on a one-to-one basis on a variety of tasks related to the Managing Director's working life and communication.

**Responsibilities**:

- Act as the point of contact between the Director and internal/external clients
- Manage the office front desk, including greeting visitors and answering phone calls
- Perform data entry tasks and maintain accurate records
- Make travel arrangements
- Source office supplies
- Organize and file documents both physically and electronically
- Manage the Director's Outlook Calendar and schedule appointments and meetings
- Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders

**Skills**:

- Proven work experience as a Personal Assistant
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Outstanding organisational and time management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in data entry and proofreading
- Familiarity with file management systems, both physical and electronic
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor

**Salary**: £22,000.00 per year
