FSB is seeking a highly engaged and dynamic Sales Manager with solid experience in exceeding targets and working with self-employed sales agents.

You must possess excellent leadership qualities as you provide direction to a group of self-employed Membership Advisors (sales agents) in your region. As Regional Sales Manager you will manage contracts between FSB and the Membership Advisors, ensuringthat new member and income targets are achieved.
A critical part of this role is to motivate, guide and coach Membership Advisors within the region, ensuring that Minimum Sales Requirement (MSR) is achieved.
You will work with other parts of the business and participate in regional strategic planning with the aim of increasing FSB’s profile and recruitment of new members. The ability to inspire trust and loyalty without direct authority is desirable.
We are looking for someone that has the ability to build positive relationships with a variety of stakeholders at all levels of seniority. You will need to have excellent communication and organisation skills as well as good numerical, analytical and logicalskills.

The role is home based and will involve some travel in the surrounding geographical area and between Scotland and Northern Ireland. There is a car allowance, bonus and a competitive benefits package to go along with the salary.

Since the start of COVID-19, FSB has campaigned on numerous central issues that affected our members, not least ensuring that as much government support as possible was put in place, as quickly as possible, for as many members as possible affected by thecoronavirus pandemic. At the same time, we created and delivered resources and tools to help members with their survival and opportunities for new growth in the midst of a very different world. Our work achieved:

- 1.2 million employers were able to furlough staff.
- Income support for 2.7 million self-employed.
- 500,000 VAT payments deferred.
- Bounce Back Loans received by 1.3 million small businesses.
- Cash grants received by 900,000 small businesses.
