DRIVALIA is CA Auto Bank’s new mobility company dedicated to the automotive sector which provides a wide range of rental services (from electric car sharing to innovative car subscriptions and rental for all durations) with attractive solutions and competitive rates.Currently, DRIVALIA has operations in 16 European countries, with the ambition of becoming one of the leading European operators in the mobility sector of tomorrow, able to combine flexibility, digital use, on-demand approach and sustainability.We are seeking a Regional Manager to lead our operations across Scotland and Northern Ireland. This pivotal role is responsible for driving performance by actively maintaining, supporting, and empowering our regional branches and Branch Managers to successfully achieve all targets and KPIs.Main ResponsibilitiesThe role will be to ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of the relevant regional cluster of branches. This will entail:Leading the teams at the branches in your region and liaising with head office, senior managers, other regional managers and HR.Ensuring regional KPI and targets are met and implementing remedial action for areas not reaching required results.Dealing with location managers on a day-to-day basis, offering operational and sales support as and when required.Managing all aspects of a number of busy rental locations; ensuring efficient fleet control, conducting landlord meetings etc.Ensuring all administrative aspects are completed including HR, recruitment, general training etc and all policies from head office are implemented efficiently.Managing the Health & Safety at branches and welfare of staff. Arranging maintenance and raising any concerns.Managing your teams of branch managers and assistant managers/supervisors.Dealing with the general public and corporate clients on the phone and in person.Checking daily reports, stock allocation, stock builds and vehicle maintenance orders.Resolving problems and delivering outstanding customer service.Completing daily and monthly reports for management.All other duties consummate with the role including supporting in Branches with daily operations.Job RequirementsEssential:Experience in Car Rental.Experience of managing teams in different locations.Computer literate and have experience of all Microsoft.Full driving licence with fewer than 6 points.Ability to travel throughout the Region and travel overnight to Slough Head Office.Must be able to attend Edinburgh and Glasgow sites within an hour and all other sites within three hours (except NI), for any raised emergency.Desirable:Experience of report writing and presentation skills.Knowledge of basic HR processes is an advantage but not essential.
