Currently, DRIVALIA has operations in 16 European countries, with the ambition of becoming one of the leading European operators in the mobility sector of tomorrow, able to combine flexibility, digital use, on-demand approach and sustainability.
We are seeking a Regional Manager to lead our operations across Scotland and Northern Ireland . This pivotal role is responsible for driving performance by actively maintaining, supporting, and empowering our regional branches and Branch Managers to successfully achieve all targets and KPIs.
Leading the teams at the branches in your region and liaising with head office, senior managers, other regional managers and HR.
ensuring efficient fleet control, conducting landlord meetings etc.
Ensuring all administrative aspects are completed including HR, recruitment, general training etc and all policies from head office are implemented efficiently.
Managing your teams of branch managers and assistant managers/supervisors.
Dealing with the general public and corporate clients on the phone and in person.
Experience in Car Rental.
Computer literate and have experience of all Microsoft.
Full driving licence with fewer than 6 points.
Ability to travel throughout the Region and travel overnight to Slough Head Office.
Experience of report writing and presentation skills.
