A fantastic opportunity has become available to join the Fraud CIO team as a Delivery Lead for both locally developed solutions and vendor partnerships, all focused and designed to manage Fraud delivery across the 4 pillars of Fraud - Prevention, Detection, Resolution and Evolution.

As a leader in the Fraud Domain, you will work closely with other Delivery leads within Fraud to ensure we are creating a framework of success and allow for cross pollination of resources and capabilities to ensure the timely and successful delivery of many key Fraud initiatives. You will execute on engineering and release priorities across teams successfully through strong leadership and communication.

- Leading the delivery of Fraud initiatives within the extensive portfolio, supporting the product owner, understanding requirements and providing the best technical solution
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including product management, design, development, and testing teams to ensure an integrated and seamless delivery process
- Identifying and implementing process improvements to ensure maximum productivity, cost savings, and quality
- Monitoring project progress, provide regular project status updates, and conduct project reviews with key stakeholders
- Building and fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders and vendors, ensuring product delivery is aligned to their needs and expectations
- Demonstrating both technical acumen and business acuity, delivering messages at the right time to the right people

**What you’ll bring.**
- Strong project management skills with extensive experience in delivering complex software solutions (within an agile environment
- Ability to foresee and mitigate project risks, prioritize competing demands, and deliver on time and budget
- Expert knowledge in software engineering and mobile app development lifecycle
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Good Leadership and people management skills
- Ability to manage and influence stakeholders

**It would also be nice for you to have.**
- Experience in Fraud technology
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- A passion for keeping up to date with the latest industry trends and emerging technologies

**What else you need to know.**

This is a permanent role offering hybrid working model, where you will be required to attend the Milton Keynes office 2 days per week.
