**Credit Controller**
**- Castle Donington - Study Support
- £23,000-£27,000**

**Credit Controller Responsibilities**:

- Management of sales ledger accounts
- Recording of all communications using a bespoke collections system
- Weekly collections forecasting along with risk analysis
- Regular liaison with sales team
- Developing relationships with clients through verbal and written communication
- Working closely with clients to ensure that payment terms are followed
- Work punctually and deliver results in line with company expectations
- Assess the ways in which the existing credit control processes can be improved
- Chasing debts and ensuring that the ledger is well organised
- Reconcile complex accounts that have been escalated
- Work in collaboration with teams from across the company to resolve customer queries
- Build and maintain relationships with existing and new customers through offering the highest levels of customer service

**What we’re looking for**
- Previous experience of working in a credit control position
- Excellent administration skills with an organised and structured approach
- Good telephone manner to promote confidence and professionalism
- Analytical skills to look at issues in a clear and logical manner and be able to prioritise tasks
- Attention to detail with a keen eye for following payments
- A team player with the ability to communicate well in both spoken and written means
- Competent with the use of Microsoft software with experience in Excel
- IT literate with the ability to work with a range of software packages

**Hours**:

- Full-time, Monday to Friday
