Cherry Professional are working with a unique and dynamic business in Castle Donnington who are recruiting for an experienced **Credit Controller** to join their team on a fulll time, permanent basis.Flexible working will be considered aftertraining period, this is a stand alone role with responsibilities of internal and external** credit contro**l, the individual needs to be very self motivated, able to deal with multiple client ledgers.
What to expect:
Working alongside our clients supporting them to improve their cash flow function within their businesses.
Manage a portfolio of clients and will be responsible for collecting debts from their debtors, evaluating new **credit** requests, ensuring timely payments of company **debts,** processing invoices, maintaining the**sales ledger,** and providing administrative support.
Produce KPIs and manage update meeting with the clients on a regular basis.
Meetings with clients to review the ledger and provide support.

Experience in conflict resolution
Ability to be patient, calm, and able to work under pressure
Accuracy and attention to detail
Multi-tasking abilities & excellent organisational skills
Ability to prioritise
Ensure a high level of service to meet client expectations.

Working hours are Monday to Thursday 9 am - 5.00pm, or 8.30am - 4:30.pm.
