**THE ROLE**

Job Title: Business Systems Assistant

Location: Huthwaite

Employment Type: Full-time, Monday-Friday 9.00am-5.00pm

Start Date: May/June

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:

- Support the setup and maintenance of Microsoft Business Central, including data entry and configuration tasks.
- Manage and coordinate projects related to business systems, including timelines, milestones, and budgets.
- Work with vendors and other stakeholders to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Conduct training sessions and develop training materials for end-users.
- Provide technical support to end-users as needed.
- Document procedures and processes related to business systems.

**Requirements**:

- A minimum of 2 years’ experience working with business systems, including Microsoft Business Central is essential.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.
