We have a vacancy for a Pharmacy Counter Assistant to join our team. We are an established and busy independent pharmacy that focuses on customer care and satisfaction.

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Pharmacy Counter Assistant. As a Pharmacy Counter Assistant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and assisting with various tasks at the counter.

**Duties**:

- Greet customers and provide them with prompt and friendly service
- Assist customers in locating products and answering their questions
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organised counter area and shop
- Assist with inventory management, including restocking shelves and monitoring product expiration dates
- Collaborate with the pharmacy team to ensure smooth operations

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a pharmacy or healthcare setting is preferred
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling medications
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to communicate effectively
- Knowledge of medication administration and patient care
- Familiarity with pharmacy software systems is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
