Meadowbank Sports Centre, 2 x Permanent vacancies, 1 Full-Time - 35.75 hours per week, 1 Part-Time - 22.5 hours per week, £18,861 per annum (pro rata for part-time)

You will need great listening and interpersonal skills and will be expected to communicate effectively to deliver a high quality, helpful support and service to all our customers (internal & external).

You’ll also have excellent problem-solving abilities and have an outgoing and energetic attitude. You'll need an organised mind, be able to follow processes and a have talent for working quickly and accurately. You’ll keep going until you’ve found the answer to every question and our customers are happy. You’ll have sound keyboard skills, be able to work with a range of IT software/systems e.g. membership systems and bookings systems and have a good working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). But what’s vital is that you have get-up-and-go, a love of team working and a real desire to create fantastic experiences for our customers.
