**Location**:Edinburgh, hybrid working

**About the role**:
This is a brilliant opportunity to join our Customer Advice Team at Harbour in one of two fixed-term posts.

You will provide front line customer advice to internal and external customers, with a shared responsibility for providing a reception service dealing with face-to-face enquiries.

**About you**:
You must:

- Have at least one year’s experience (delivering excellent customer service I gained within a customer services or housing related role
- Have experience of using the full range of Microsoft Office packages as well as experience of using a core housing/customer services IT system
- Be educated to Scottish Credit & Qualifications Framework Level 5 (SVQ2)

A basic disclosure check is required. This role is covered by the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974.
