Working 37.5 hours a week, you will support the service with all tasks related to compliance and audits which will see you monitor and organise systems, including Clinical Governance, Clinical Audits Quality Compliance, CQUINN's and Data Quality Analysis.

As a Compliance Lead, you will be the go-to person for all compliance-related concerns and queries and will review and process all data submissions for KPIs.

**Other Compliance Lead Responsibilities**:

- To provide administrative support across a range of areas, including but not limited to development and review of tasks and actions required by the hospital from any external body.
- Having oversight of the Site Improvement Plan, including adding and tracking actions, proactively liaising with staff to ensure that tasks and actions are completed and that this can be evidenced.
- To manage and ensure the CPA and ICR processes are followed within the hospital and ensure compliance is maintained with the process.
- Produce reports, compile action plans and take minutes of meetings when required in accordance with the needs of the service, audit compliance and tracking
- Liaising with external agencies, including the South West Provider Collaborative and regulatory bodies etc

**To be successful as a Compliance Lead, you'll need**:

- Experienced and proficient in all Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, Powerpoint
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Administrative and secretarial skills
- The ability to work with complex databases and electronic patient records
- Experience of working in a similar environment and/or role
- Good communication skills
- Minute taking experience
