The role of Head of Compliance & Onboarding within QCS Staffing can be described as challenging, exciting, stressful, satisfying, varied and complex. The three fundamental purposes of this integral role are for the business unit:

To ensure all contractors are onboarded efficiently and in full compliance with all relevant international laws, regulations, and industry standards.
To create compliant solutions that enables the business to increase profitability and gain a competitive advantage.
To manage, coach and guide their business unit and team members; Award-winning training and development programmes (we invest in YOU)

Team Management & Development: Lead a team, helping and supporting with their day-to-day roles, set up & responsibilities, mentoring and supporting their growth and development
Route to Market Compliance: Responsible for developing and maintaining the commercial route-to-market frameworks as well as responding to legal and technical route-to-market decisions
Candidate Compliance Checks
Ideally have previous experience in onboarding contractors in the UK, USA and 1-3 European jurisdictions.
Ability to review contractor contracts from a legal perspective
Strong commercial acumen and a pragmatic approach to legal problem-solving.
