They are now looking to hire a Principal Backend/Java Engineer with strong microservices development experience to as they look to build their own B2C exchange.

You will be offered a generous salary, **flexible holiday** plus bank holidays. **Fully remote working, flexible working** where you choose when you start & end your day and ultimately how many hours per week you work.

In return you will be the core contributor to the build and scale of their new platform. You will be developing microservices, Restful APIs, maintaining and improving a low-latency matching engine alongside other core services - and most importantly makingtechnical decisions that will underpin the future of the offering. You will be able to further build out the team beneath you, hiring a team of engineers as the platform continues to expand on an accelerated path to a Head of Engineering position.
