This full-time Java Developer role is based in London with hybrid working and comes with an attractive salary of £80k-£120k per annum and excellent benefits.
In your first few weeks in this Lead Java Developer role, you can expect to:
- Direct a team of developers who like to ship products and welcome challenging and complex engineering problems in an Agile environment
- Instantiate a culture of knowledge sharing and avoid knowledge hoarding
- Mentor and guide the professional and technical development of your team members
- Instil a spirit of continuous improvement in the team's code
- Work with product managers to ensure the teams deliver an accurate product build
In return for your passion, collaborative approach and commitment, you will receive a generous salary of £80,000-£120,000 and a fantastic benefits package, joining a friendly and inclusive culture.
