**Part-Time Administrator - Temp to Perm**

Salary - C £14.00 per hour

Monday to Friday ideally 9am - 2pm (flexible) with potential to work from home 1 - 2 days per week

Great opportunity to join a small, successful sales and order processing team supplying computers and networking equipment into factories and heavy industry. We are looking for a Part-Time Administrator (25 - 30 hours per week) who can help with sales administration and managing customer calls / enquiries so if you’re interested in the role you’ll need to be a good communicator, computer literate, and detail-oriented.

**Responsibilities**:

- Handling sales administration tasks such as processing orders and managing customer accounts
- Maintaining accurate records of all communications
- Collaborating with colleagues and suppliers in Germany to manage inventory levels
- Providing general administrative support as required

**Requirements**:

- Experience in detailed administration and customer service roles
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Strong attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Self-motivated individual who can prioritize workload effectively

**Job Types**: Part-time, Temp to perm
Contract length: 6 months
Part-time hours: 25 - 30 per week

**Salary**: Up to £14.00 per hour
